INSW is working on a range of major initiatives that are critical to improving infrastructure in NSW and addressing the challenges and opportunities ahead.

In the second half of 2012, INSW will deliver a 20-year State Infrastructure Strategy (SIS) which will, for the first time in NSW's history, provide a long-term and wholistic view of the infrastructure needed in the state.

INSW is also involved in two priority projects for NSW including:

• Developing an Infrastructure Strategy Statement for the Port Botany-Sydney Airport precinct
• Managing the delivery of the Sydney International Convention, Exhibition and Entertainment Precinct at Darling Harbour.
