Construction begins at Pier Pavilion in Barangaroo
Pier Pavilion, located in Waterman’s Cove, will be a stunning public space where people can meet, and relax by the water.
The Pavilion will include:
- 86 columns at the pavilion perimeter
- 18 metre double-sided permanent seats
- a landscaped green roof that incorporates a 7-metre diameter oculus and is covered with native plants species to attract wildlife.
Works are expected to be completed in 2025. Infrastructure NSW will work closely with Stephen Edwards Constructions to manage the construction program and minimise the impact on neighbouring properties and businesses.
