Chris Eccles

In April 2011 Chris was appointed Director General of NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPC). He was the Chief Executive of the South Australian Department of Premier and Cabinet (February 2009 to March 2011) before joining NSW DPC.

In 2007 Chris was appointed Deputy Secretary, Sector Improvement Group and later Deputy Secretary, National Reform and Climate Change Group for the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet.

Chris has worked in a variety of government and private sector senior management positions. He has held leadership roles with the ACT Chief Minister's Department and the Australian National Training Authority.
